The renewal of a driver’s license is an official increase in the period for which it remains valid.

First – Documents required for the renewal of the driving license:

1- Personal ID + expired leave + color photo.
2- After that, he gets a form from the Driving Licenses Department to fill in the following documents:

• There is no ruling on him, provided that no more than three months have passed since its extraction.
• A residence permit is the responsibility of the person concerned.
• Medical examination.

3- After that, the dossier is handed over to the Driving Licenses Department to print the permit.

For Syrian students in Syria From embassies in Beirut and Amman:

1- Every document issued in Syria must be certified by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Emigrants in Syria (signed with the seal and signature of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Emigrants).

2- Every document issued in Lebanon must be certified by the Lebanese Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Emigrants (signed and stamped by the Lebanese Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Emigrants).

3- Attach a photocopy of the agency to be attested.

4- The certification fee is $25.

5- Fees for attesting commercial documents (50 or 100) US dollars.

6- Commercial invoices The value of the fee varies according to the value of the invoice.
